In consideration of Community Church allowing my child(ren) to participate in Community Kids and/or WeeCare activities, I agree I give my consent to Community Church to use public photos or videos taken of my child(ren) during the event in print publications, online publications, websites, and social media. I understand no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of use.
